1. BOX – a double-walled corrugated thick box is highly recommended. We suggest that you place a plastic bag inside the box before putting the contents to protect them from being wet especially during rainy season.
2. TAPE – use a strong tape that can withstand pressure like a filament fiber packaging tape. Secure the box by putting tape on all corners to avoid pilferage. Bayanihan Cargo provides free strapping services.
3. PEN – a waterproof-marking pen is advisable. Print boldly and legibly the shippers’ and consignee’s names, addresses and telephone numbers.
4. PACKING LIST – Philippine Customs requires an itemized listing of the contents of your box. Items are limited to 12 pieces of each kind and the total dollar value should not exceed $500.00.
5. For easier and faster delivery, sketch the exact location, landmark or direction of consignee’s address at the back of the Packing List.
6. Advice your consignee to check the condition of the box and it should be noted on the delivery receipt.

1. RESERVATION – No reservation shall be finalized unless passenger purchases a ticket. Make sure that the name on your passport is the same as the name on your air ticket.
2. CHECK-IN-TIME – Your confirmed reservation shall be cancelled and released to waitlisted passengers if you fail check-in at least 45 minutes before published departure time.
3. RECONFIRMATION – Passengers on international travel who make a stopover for more than 72 hours are required to reconfirm their continuing or return reservations at least 72 hours before flight departure.
4. CHECK BAGGAGE – the dimension (L + W + H) should not exceed 62 inches (158 cm.) with a weight not exceeding 70 pounds (32 kg.) on each baggage. Put your name and address on each baggage.
5. HANDCARRIED BAGGAGE - suitable for placing in the overhead rack or under the passenger seat of the particular aircraft provided the maximum dimensions of any carry on item should not exceed 39 inches (99 cm.).
